These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by The Latte Laundrette, located at 20 High Street, Rushden NN10 0PW ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Laundry Services

• Self-service washing and drying facilities
• Full-service wash, dry, and fold
• Premium care services including professional ironing
• Sports kit and specialised cleaning
• Free pickup and delivery service (within our service area)

1.2 Café Services

• Italian coffee and beverages
• Fresh food and pastries
• Seating area for customer use

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Item Preparation

• Check all pockets and remove items before service
• Separate items as requested (colours, delicates, etc.)
• Inform us of any special care requirements
• Ensure items are suitable for machine washing/drying

2.2 Self-Service Users

• Follow all posted machine instructions
• Remove items promptly when cycles complete
• Report any machine malfunctions immediately
• Supervise children at all times

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of service or collection
• We accept cash and card payments
• Prices are as displayed and subject to change
• Refunds are at our discretion and subject to inspection
• Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days

4. Liability and Disclaimers

4.1 Our Liability

• We accept responsibility for damage caused by our negligence
• Maximum liability is limited to 10 times the service charge or £100, whichever is lower
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
• Liability is excluded for items left in pockets

4.2 Items We Cannot Process

• Items requiring dry cleaning only
• Leather, suede, or fur items
• Items with hazardous materials or stains
• Excessively soiled or contaminated items
• Items of exceptional value (antiques, heirlooms)

4.3 Customer Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by their items, actions, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Collection and Storage

• Items must be collected within 30 days of completion
• Storage fees may apply after 30 days
• Unclaimed items after 90 days may be donated to charity
• We are not responsible for items left unattended in self-service areas

6. Pickup and Delivery Service

• Available within our designated service area
• Minimum order requirements may apply
• Reasonable access to property required
• Items must be ready for collection at agreed time
• Service subject to availability and weather conditions

7. Health and Safety

• Follow all posted safety guidelines
• Report accidents or injuries immediately
• Do not bring food or drinks near laundry equipment
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Smoking is prohibited on all premises

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by The Latte Laundrette or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

10. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint:

1. Speak to our staff immediately if possible
2. Contact us within 7 days with details
